In Latin America, over 75% of e-commerce and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) rely on WhatsApp and social media conversations for their purchases.

Leadsales is a conversational commerce CRM platform for sales teams.

Why are we watching? Most Latin Americans use WhatsApp and social media daily for commerce.
Leadsales taps into this preference by offering a CRM solution specifically designed for these platforms, ensuring businesses can easily engage with customers where they are most active.
According to the founders, they have achieved over $3 million dollars in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and are working with more than 2,900 companies across 20 countries in Latin America.
POV. One thing that stood out was that Leadsales offers a 20-minute demo meeting. We expected it to be a personal sales pitch, but it turns out that Leadsales groups 10-20 potential customers into one large Zoom meeting and puts everyone on mute for the first 10 minutes.
While this shows Leadsales's demand, our friend mentioned that he did not like being with another 15 people in the demo meeting.
Founders note: Currently, they have over 600 people in demos weekly, making it very hard to make personal demos.
Competition. The CRM market is competitive, with many established players offering similar solutions. If Leadsales cannot differentiate itself sufficiently or keep pace with technological advancements, it will struggle to maintain market share.
What about pricing? Leadsales' prices could be considered high compared to other CRMs.
They charge a monthly fee of $2,045 Mexican Pesos, which includes 3 users ($681 per user). You can pay an additional $243 fee for each extra user.
Founders note: While some competitors charge lower rates, they do not offer the flexibility of monthly plans. Instead, they lock customers into 3, 6, or 12-month commitments.
What’s next for Leadsales? During our interview, the founders shared that they are actively working to integrate additional messaging platforms, such as TikTok, SMS, and Gmail, into their offerings.
They are also gearing up for their Series A funding round, aiming to explore AI-driven features and establish a foothold in Brazil as part of their expansion strategy.
